Land Development

Land Development is directly related to our architectural business. We offer our clients extensive feasibility studies for pre-purchase and for full development return on their investment. We have long history of successful projects developed in the  North Texas area and are very familiar with the State, County and City land development codes. We experts negotiate with each jurisdiction the best land use development according to local comprehensive zoning codes. We have what it takes to go through the Planning and Zoning Change and can secure engineering approval for utilities and

infrastructure. We have a group of outside consultants who help us produce documents required to develop a particular parcel of land to its highest and best use. In most counties and cities, land development sometimes involves the political process such as a public hearing and or special studies required by the local jurisdiction which can make developing a particular piece of property difficult and time consuming. Paradigm Consulting is familiar with the process and can assist a client to avoid unnecessary delays and determine feasibility of a piece of property quickly and efficiently. Our experience includes rural Residential Lot Development as well as inner-city high-end Commercial land.

Architectural Design

Paradigm Consulting has been and continues to set new standards in a broad range of project types including Hotel Design, Religious, Commercial, Office Buildings, Retail Strips, Space Finish Out and Interior Design. We also design Custom Homes, Multifamily and provide full service Land Planning.

Planning

Sensitivity is an important key to land planning. Every site has an inherent connection to the land on which it occupies and a specific identity. A site's identity is determined by its history, geology, topography and particular site elements unique to the land on which it is located. A well designed land plan also has an obligation to address its surroundings whether rural or urban. Paradigm strives to identify these characteristics and then works to develop communities and site design that are in harmony with the land and contribute to the built environment of the surrounding area.
